Frost King SP57/67 R6.7 SP56/67 Water Heater Insulation Blanket, 2″Thick x 48″ x 75″

I recently switched from a tankless water heater to a tank and didn’t realize the importance of insulating my new hot water tank (which is in an unheated room) until my last electric bill’s kilowatt usage was double that of last year’s. I’m confident that by wrapping it with an insulating blanket I’ll see a substantial difference in next month’s electric bill. I’ll add that I secured the insulation with 2 large bungee cords rather than using the tape provided with the product so I can have easy access to the mechanicals on the tank without ruining the product.
